The teaching curriculum includes history, culture, ingredients, techniques, and recipes from the US such as a picnic, a New Orleans menu, a Colonial menu, and an Asian menu.
Kids will learn food safety, knife skills, table etiquette, and so much more! They'll eat for lunch what they prepare. They will also a receive a certificate and a book with all of the recipes and lessons they learned throughout the week.

For 20 years, Laurie Zerga, founder of Chef-K, Culinary Health and Education for Kids and Author of Start at the Table, has been providing cooking camps for kids.
Chef-K is licensed, insured, and instructors are background-checked and food-safe certified.
